GPlay Focus privacy policy
Last updated:
GPlay Focus is a Chrome extension that hides menus in the Globoplay player and lets you boost the video volume.
Data we collect
None. The extension does not collect, store on servers or send personal data, browsing history or any other information to the author or to third parties.
What is stored
Your choices are stored only in your browser, through the chrome.storage API: which items to hide, the controls bar mode and the volume boost level. If you use Chrome sync, the choices of which items to hide and the bar mode may be synced between your devices through your own Google account. The volume boost level stays only in this browser. The author has no access to any of them.
Where the extension works
Only on pages at https://globoplay.globo.com/. On them, it changes how the page is displayed (hiding elements) and adjusts the video volume. It does not read your account content, your credentials or what you watch.
Network and remote code
The extension makes no network calls and does not load code from outside the installed package.
Notice
Independent project, not affiliated with Globo. Globoplay is a trademark of its respective owners.
